My Story with the Blues relays Rob Thompson’s journey in discovering this enigmatic movement in music. Starting with Latin Music, Carlos Santana served as a gateway into the Blues. The Story delves deeper back into the past with artist such as B.B. King and Little Walter, to more contemporary artists like Dan Patlansky and original compositions.

Thompson is supported by rhythm section, The Linebackers with Barry Kilian on bass and Kristo Zondagh on drums.

The trio format allows space for each musician to be expressive in their interpretation of both the classics and original songs written and arranged by the band.

What you need to know when visiting NINETEEN33 SPEAKEASY…

You can whisper your PASSWORD from 18:00 at the door. The show starts strictly at 20:00. No password, no entry!
We request you SPEAKEASY for the duration of the show, you don’t want to upset the BIG CHEESE.
Dress Code : SPIFFY! No Caps, Hoodies or Fish Slops!
