Marcia Moon is an alternative folk singer-songwriter, who’s been a touring, writing and performing artist for over 25 years. She writes and sings in both Afrikaans and English. She is best known for her fantasy folk song “Die Heks van Heksrivier Vallei”. She has performed in Mozambique, London and most of music and art festivals in South Africa. Her music has also been featured in award the award winning program “Jan” and she is part of the upcoming TV series “Klanke van my Hart”. Sounds like, The Cure, Nick Cave and Tori Amos. She is joined by Gerhard Germishuizen on bass.
